Mr. Finch is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in team leadership, manufacturing, and process improvement across multiple industries. Currently the Quality Manager at Priority Plastics in Arvada, Colorado, he specializes in quality control and process optimization. His leadership has consistently driven operational efficiency and ensured compliance with industry standards.

Previously, Mr. Finch held key manufacturing and quality roles at CTS and Delta Electronics, where he improved production workflows and enforced rigorous quality measures. From 2015 to 2022, he served as Quality Manager at Amscan (Party City), also stepping in as Interim Production Scheduler and leading the development and implementation of the site's Human Resources department.

Mr. Finch holds a B.A. in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College. His training includes business efficiency coursework through Carpedia College, as well as specialized education in manufacturing, food safety, HACCP, law enforcement, and professional security. He brings a unique blend of operational insight and cross-disciplinary training that supports a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
