Known for improving operational performance and safety, he is dedicated to team development, creating personalized growth plans to help others reach their full potential.

Ronald Palencia is a U.S. military veteran and experienced security professional with deployments to Afghanistan and Kuwait. As a founding member of Templars Shield Security and Protection, he brings battlefield-tested discipline, tactical expertise, and a calm-under-pressure mindset to every mission. With a background in high-stakes logistics and armed protection, Ronald has helped build a trusted, forward-thinking firm serving clients across Texas. He specializes in executive protection, tactical team development, and high-risk readiness, leading with loyalty, purpose, and a commitment to training the next generation of protectors.

Will Finch
Mr. Finch is a results-driven manager with a strong track record of improving manufacturing operations, quality systems, and team performance. As Quality Manager at Priority Plastics, he has led key process optimizations and quality control initiatives. At Amscan, he managed quality assurance, implemented site-wide process improvements, and successfully served as Interim Production Scheduler and HR lead. His leadership at CTS Corp and Delta Group Electronics boosted production efficiency and ensured strict compliance with quality standards. With a BA in International Criminal Justice and a background in law enforcement, he brings sharp analytical skills, crisis management expertise, and multiple industry certifications, including IPC 610, HACCP, and PCQI.

Will Moravits
Will Moravits is a professor of political science at Texas State University and Texas A&M University at San Antonio. A former high school teacher, he was also a police officer for the City of San Marcos, Texas, having graduated as the Top Cadet from the Basic Training Academy of the University of Texas at Austin. Moravits has over sixty hours of active shooter response training, including 16 hours from ALERRT. His publications include research on lone wolf terrorism in the Studies in Conflict and Terrorism journal and the Amazon bestselling book, The Blue Divide: Policing and Race in America. He holds a Master of Arts in political science from Texas State University and a PhD in public policy and administration from Walden University. He is a native of Uvalde, Texas.

Trevor Molnar
Marine Corps veteran with proven leadership experience and comprehensive first responder medical training. Demonstrates expertise in G-code and M-code programming, as well as both manual and CNC machining and fabrication. Highly proficient in the operation, maintenance, and tactical application of a wide range of firearm platforms, with extensive hands-on experience in both military and civilian settings. Skilled in weapons safety, marksmanship, and firearm instruction. Experienced in operating and maintaining heavy equipment. Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America. A driven and passionate individual who thrives in team environments, consistently exhibits strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Holds a current DOD clearance and has operated in two overseas high-threat zones as a security contractor. Certified in covert security, tactical medicine, PSD operations, and designated marksmanship. Proven ability to perform under high-stress and dangerous conditions.
