Recipient of the Bronze Star with Valor, Purple Heart, Air Force Commendation Medal with Valor and five Army Commendation Medals with Valor. Offers elite tactical expertise, sound judgement under pressure, and mission focused leadership in complex environments.

With a background in high-stakes logistics and armed protection, Ronald has helped build a trusted, forward-thinking firm serving clients across Texas. Will Finch
Mr. Finch is a results-driven manager with a strong track record of improving manufacturing operations, quality systems, and team performance. As Quality Manager at Priority Plastics, he has led key process optimizations and quality control initiatives. At Amscan, he managed quality assurance, implemented site-wide process improvements, and successfully served as Interim Production Scheduler and HR lead. His leadership at CTS Corp and Delta Group Electronics boosted production efficiency and ensured strict compliance with quality standards. With a BA in International Criminal Justice and a background in law enforcement, he brings sharp analytical skills, crisis management expertise, and multiple industry certifications, including IPC 610, HACCP, and PCQI.

Will Moravits
Will Moravits is a lecturer of political science at Texas State University. A former high school teacher, he was also a police officer for the City of San Marcos, Texas, having graduated as the Top Cadet from the Basic Training Academy of the University of Texas at Austin. Moravits has over sixty hours of active shooter response training, including 16 hours from ALERRT. His publications include research on lone wolf terrorism in the Studies in Conflict and Terrorism journal and the Amazon bestselling book, The Blue Divide: Policing and Race in America. He holds a Master of Arts in political science from Texas State University and a PhD in public policy and administration from Walden University. He is a native of Uvalde, Texas.

Marine Corps veteran with proven leadership experience and comprehensive training. Demonstrates expertise in G-code and M-code programming, as well as both manual and CNC machining and fabrication. Highly proficient in the operation, maintenance, and tactical application of a wide range of firearm platforms, with extensive hands-on experience in both military and civilian settings. Skilled in weapons safety, marksmanship, and firearm instruction. Experienced in operating and maintaining heavy equipment. Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America. A driven and passionate individual who thrives in team environments, consistently exhibits strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Frank has over 30 years of experience training soldiers and civilians in marksmanship skills. He has been conducting firearms training for people of all skill levels since 2011. He has trained competitive shooters, realtors, business owners, new pistol owners to experienced Law Enforcement officers. No matter who the student is, safety is always a priority during training. We continue to develop and use safe training methods. His current focus is safe practical defensive shooting skills for the average person.
